Wenig Hintergrundinfos. Die Tour dürfe für den Preis ein wenig ausführlicher mit mehr Hintergrundinfos sein. Unser Guide war aber freundlich und hat versucht möglichst viele Fragen zu beantworten. Wirklich viel, was man nicht im Internet nachlesen kann war aber nicht dabei.

Good red light district tour. This was a good tour of the red light district area of Amsterdam.-The tour was 1.5 hours, and started at the central plaza. The guide was standing at the bottom of the monument with a name tag around his neck, easy to find. I was on the 6pm tour, there was also a 8pm tour. -The group was about 8 people and 2 tour guides (one tour guide in training)-The tour itself was actually only about 3-4 stops. With explanations and some pictures from his phone about things. -We stopped at the condom shop, we didnt go in, but we took pictures outside and he explained the history of the building and some other history too.-Then we walked past some other local sites and bars, and stopped at another site near a church, and after some talking, he sent us down a ally to walk to the river and back and see the display windows. We did this, and saw the windows but there was no one in any of them, but it was nice to be able to see the windows/doors and chairs behind.-Then walked to another spot for some explinations and history on things,-and last he ended the tour and sent us down the main red light district street on our own to explore. There was one woman in a window on that street, but this was about 730pm, and it was still light out, so i dont think it started yet. -The guide, Risheet, was good, he was positive and answered any questions, never felt rushed. He was training a woman to do the tours too, she was just watching and didnt say anything.-It was sunny durring the day, but got cold for the tour, and i was not prepared, so i was a little cold in a t-shirt, but thats my issue, not the tour. It was a good short tour about the red light district. I would probilly do the later tour if i did one again, or at least if i do it in the summer months when it stays light out later.

Lili our graduate student working on her masters from Budapest arrived ahead of time as advertised at the precise location easily identifiedSo refreshing to meet someone of her generation so engaged with history language and the arts. Her knowledge of WWII the nazi invasions and occupation was inspirational and she articulated impeccably the history of the Jewish hardships and Anne Franks legendary existence She als read passages from her diary at precise locations adding to the charm of the tour.It was obvious she was passionate about her role in presenting history as it unfolded from preoccupation through liberation.Tickets provided to tour of house which fast tracked entry. Tour through the home was assisted by electronic device activated in each room providing details of the dwelling. Worth every penny of the tour and house. Highly recommend without reservation. Lili gets 6 out of five stars!

Tour mit Amsterdamliebe – wenn hohe Erwartungen noch übertroffen werden. Amsterdamliebe, der Name ist Programm und wird von den Guides wunderbar gelebt. Wir hatten ein private Stadtführung, 2 Personen mit Foodstops (Kaffee, Waffel, Pralinen, Käse mit Likör, Hering, Fritten, Heineken). Einfach ein tolles Erlebnis. Stefanie, unser Guide, hat uns kompetent und humorvoll Amsterdam vor und hinter den Kulissen gezeigt. Und uns auf verborgene Highlights aufmerksam gemacht, an denen wir sonst ahnungslos vorbeigelaufen wären.
Stefanie war auch unser Guide auf der Grachtentour, mit Getränken inklusive. Das offene Boot ist natürlich wetterabhängig, wir hatten Glück, aber dieser Perspektivwechsel vermittelt viele neue Eindrücke von der Stadt, diesmal vom Wasser aus, Amsterdam wieder hautnah und ganz entspannt.
Wir haben uns auf den Touren sehr wohl gefühlt und können Amsterdamliebe bestens empfehlen: UNBEDINGT MACHEN.

Meh at best Thankfully this wasn’t a very expensive tour. Our guide was friendly but that’s where my compliments end. The red light district is a short couple block area and our guide stood in 3 spots outside of the area and shared long winded, overly dramatic tales of the history of prostitution in Amsterdam that you could easily get from Google prior to heading out yourself to walk the area easily located thru a Google maps search. Save your money and do this instead.

Absolute recommendation Josh, after interesting information about Amsterdam and the rise of the city, spoke very sensitively about Jewish life in the 1940s and - garnished with passages from the diary - about Anne Frank and her family's life. It was overall a very entertaining and interesting tour that you can only recommend.

Perfect way to explore Amsterdam we have already booked for the second time here and were very satisfied every time, everything worked out fine and we had a lot of fun with our companions Stefanie, Sanja and Martha. The tours were also very informative and well adapted to our needs

Relaxed walking tour with lots of information Justin accompanied us on the Jordaantour. These were very nice and relaxed 1 1/2 hours with a lot of information and impressions that you would not otherwise get when walking on your own.

Unsere Klasse war begeistert Die 10A aus Benrath (Düsseldorf) war begeistert von dieser tollen Tour. Weder wir Lehrer noch die Schüler kannten den künstlerischen Teil im Norden Amsterdams und waren sehr gespannt. Unsere Guide Kübi hat uns sehr viel zur Geschichte Amsterdams, der Geschichte von Amsterdam Noord, den Graffitis und der Werft erzählt. Zum Schluss haben wir gemeinsam das tolle Anne Frank Graffiti bestaunt und die Lehren aus ihrer Geschichte gezogen. Einfach toll!

Super Führung Amsterdam ist als Ziel für eine Klassenfahrt heute kaum noch zu bezahlen. Wir haben diese tolle Führung in "NDSM" gefunden und dort sehr viel über Amsterdam gelernt. Der Guide (Alex?) hat seine Erzählweise altersgerecht an unsere Schüler angepasst

Ein einmaliges Firmenjubiläum Das jährliche Firmenevent verbrachten wir dieses Jahr mit unserem 220-Kopf starken Team in den Niederlanden. Zum Anlass unsereres 20-jährigen Firmenjubliäums suchten wir nach einer besonderen Aktivität und fanden diese mit Amsterdamliebe. Auf dem wunderschönen alten "Salonboot" fand das gesamte Team Platz und durfte ein großartiges Abendessen mit anschließender Feier genießen. Am folgenden Tag folgten zahlreiche Stadtführungen (Essensführung, Rotlicht, Jordan), die uns Amsterdam noch näher gebracht haben.

Sehr professioneller Service Unseren Wünschen bezüglich eines 3-Gänge-Menüs mit komplementärem Wine-Arrangement kam das hilfsbereite Team von Amsterdamliebe direkt nach. Auch der Anleger wurde auf unseren Wunsch hin näher zu unserem Hotel verlegt. Wir haben die Fahrt sehr genossen und bedanken uns für die gute Zusammenarbeit!
